Keeney Development welcomes you to Manor Hill. Manor Hill is a custom home community located just off of Taylor Mill Road (Rt. 16) in Independence, Kentucky. Creating a custom home community within nature is the primary objective of our development team. Manor Hill is open to all custom builders. However, all builders and house plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. The committee discusses and approves each home plan prior to construction at Manor Hill. Architectural sense of style is promoted along with the recessing of garages to promote a variety of home styles throughout Manor Hill. The community has several sections with lot width sizes ranging from 70 foot frontages to 120 foot frontages. Therefore, we can supply both the needs of the empty nester resident along with the needs of families comfortably.

Walking Trails: Manor Hill has some of the best community amenities in all of Northern Kentucky. The community has approximately 2 miles of walking trails throughout the 26 acres of open space that is dedicated to the Home Owners Association for every community residents use. Walking trails all have access from each street and cul-de-sac to ensure you don't have to go far to enjoy nature at Manor Hill. We have also provided several pocket parks with benches to just relax along the walking trails.

Watch Hill Pavilion Park: Our Watch Hill Pavilion Park features an open air shelter perfect for playing with your family, picnics, or just to read a book. Of course, the walking trail network will lead you right to relaxation at Watch Hill.

Swimming and Soccer: The Kenton County YMCA is less than a mile away and has a wonderful facility that includes a outdoor youth pool, full size outdoor pool with diving boards, two soccer fields, tennis and basketball. Taylor Mill Swim Club, located a short drive from Manor Hill, has recently undergone an upgrade and expansion.

Mills Road Park: Mills Road park is less than two miles away and includes basketball fields, baseball fields, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, and a pee-wee football stadium, for all of your outdoor youth and adult athletic needs.
