Lot Locator added to ManorHill.com

The ManorHill.com development team's mission is to help prospective neighbors find information meaningfull and relative information on Manor Hill's website. To that end we have developed the Lot Locator tool. The Lot Locator provide information on individual homesite sizes, features and pricing. The Lot Locator uses straight forward typical left-hand web navigation to allow the user to find the details of the homesite.

July 2000 First Lot Sold

The first lot, #112, was purchased by Zaring Custom Homes. Zaring has sold the home for lot #112 and construction is scheduled to be completed December of 2000.

June 2000 Ground Breaking

On June 29,2000 ground breaking commenced on the new Manor Hill custom home community. The project is expected to take six (6) months to complete the installation of all utiliteis for Phase I.
